Shipments are made with partner courier companies, within Greece and to selected countries abroad.
2. Delivery Time
– Greece: 1–3 business days.
– International: 5–10 business days depending on the country.
During periods of increased demand or adverse weather conditions, delays may occur.
3. Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated upon order completion and depend on the country and the weight of the products.
4. Perishable Products
Products such as fresh truffles are shipped in special packaging and may require pickup within a specific timeframe.
5. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
6. Incomplete or Incorrect Products
If you receive products different from what you ordered or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (perishable, food, fresh products such as truffles), we do not accept returns or exchanges after the order has been shipped.
Please ensure your selection before confirming the order.
In case of a defective product or incorrect shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Shipping with Ice Packs
Perishable products are shipped with special thermal insulation packaging and ice packs to maintain their freshness during transport.
